The equipment which was assembled at NITA Athi River was received by Chui Mama Group through the County Government of Laikipia and is an initiative of the Kenyan Australian Alumni Association. Ag. Director General Mr. Stephen Ogenga led the NITA team at the event which was hosted by NITA Athi River Centre Manager Madam Jane Kamau.
The hand washing stations were also equipped with sanitizers and hand washing soap developed at NITA Athi River. NITA continues to play its critical role in ensuring that industrial training contributes in the fight against the pandemic.
