Induction retreat for Sector Training Committees (STCs) Secretariat held at NITA Mombasa from from 18th to 22nd February 2020 to prepare them to manage the STCs after inauguration. During the retreat the following topics were covered:

- Conducting STCs meetings,
- Reporting Structure to the Board,
- Developing management
- Committee and Board paper
- Writing Minutes
- Effective management of Financial Resources
- Carrying out TNAs
- Developing QPs, NOS
- Curriculum and Assessment Guidelines
- Action Planning
- Writing a work plan
During the retreat, the participants developed a TORs implementation matrix, action plan and work plan to guide the STCs for the three-year period.
